As the dental director at Comprehensive Dental Associates of Central Connecticut, Dr. Moskow has been providing exceptional dentistry near Wethersfield for more than 30 years.
He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and has since maintained memberships in the American Dental Association, the Connecticut State Dental Association, and the Hartford Dental Society.
Delivering state-of-the-art care to his patients, he believes in providing high-quality service and treatment to all individuals. He strives not only to restore smiles but also to help improve patients’ oral health and confidence.
In addition to his educational background, he remains active in attending trainings and completing continuing education courses in aesthetic, restorative, and implant dentistry.
When he’s not in the office, you’ll find him with his family and friends, as well as cooking, reading, and spending time outdoors.
Dr. Peter Michaelson
In his nearly 40 years as a dentist near Wethersfield, Dr. Michaelson is pleased to carry on the tradition of serving as a dentist – the same profession held by his father. Admiring the profession and his father’s hard work, he decided he, too, wanted to pursue the same field.
Dr. Michaelson chose to attend Yale University for his bachelor’s degree, which he obtained in mathematics. He then attended dental school at the University of Connecticut. His love of learning has led him to pursue continuing education courses and training in dental implants, dental sleep appliances, crowns and bridges, root canal treatment, and more. He has also completed training with the Spear Institute.
When he’s not at work, you’ll find him volunteering at the University of Hartford’s radio station, hosting a jazz show. He enjoys music, watching movies, and traveling when he has free time. He’s also passionate about competing in Masters track and field – he participated in the Words Masters Championship in 2018.
Dr. Elias Deros
As a Connecticut native, Dr. Deros earned his DMD degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in Farmington, CT. He then completed his residency at the Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, NJ.
For more than 25 years, Dr. Deros has been a practicing dentist near Wethersfield and is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Connecticut Dental Association, and the Dental Society of Greater Waterbury.
Highly proficient in various aspects of general dentistry, he is well-versed in dental implant treatment planning and restoration.
When Dr. Deros isn’t busy transforming patients’ smiles, he’s often found spending time with his wife, two sons, and a daughter. He watches swim meets, cross-country races, lacrosse games, and dance competitions.
Dr. Francis Mir
Dr. Mir is a talented dental expert near Wethersfield who specializes in dentistry and oral and maxillofacial surgery. In addition, he provides sedation and sleep medicine during various procedures, such as tooth extraction, bone grafting, and dental implant placement. Having traveled all over the world, he connects with patients on a personal level and explains their treatment in detail so that they can feel comfortable and pursue more invasive oral healthcare. Dr. Mir’s educational background includes graduating summa cum laude from Ramapo College in New Jersey before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine in New York. He then went on to complete advanced training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Rutgers University in New Jersey and Woodhull Medical Center in New York. From there, he completed an oral and maxillofacial residency at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C., serving as the chief resident and scoring in the 95th percentile in the in-service examination. His memberships and affiliations include the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the American Dental Association. Dr. Mir is certified in basic life support, advanced cardiac life support, pediatric advanced life support, and advanced trauma life support. He is licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, and he is considered fast-tracked into being board-eligible by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. His work and commitment to the field have led him to receive the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons Dental Implant Award and the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology.Dr. Parnian Pasandeh
As a general dentist near Wethersfield, Dr. Pasandeh is a graduate of NYU College of Dentistry, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. James Pucci
As an experienced periodontist near Wethersfield, Dr. Pucci earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology in 1986 from Yale University. He then attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine in 1991. Immediately following his graduation from dental school, he enrolled in a specialized residency program in periodontology and implantology.
After graduating from Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry in 1993, he earned his Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in periodontology.
